Bli Informatör om ekologiska fotavtryck

October 7, 2017, 10:00am - October 8, 2017, 4:00pm

Become a workshop facilitator in ecological footprints! - (English below!) För frågor kontakta: arwid.littmarck@svalorna.org -- English -- During a full day training session you get to learn more about ecological footprints, as well as useful exercises and methods needed in order for you to be able to facilitate your own workshops in school classes in your neighborhood. Some of the issues that we address during the training is: What is- and how can we measure ecological footprints? How does our lifestyle contribute to our ecological footprint? How does our ecological footprint affect others and how can we promote climate justice? What can we do to reduce the ecological footprint on a global level and promote a more fair and even distribution of the earth's resources? Everything we do in our daily life has an impact on our environment; the food we eat, the things we buy, the clothes we wear and the houses we live in. Our consumption- and production habits contribute to the size of our ecological footprint, the more we consume and produce, the bigger ecological footprint do we contribute to. The consequences, for example pollution and climate change, does not only effect nature but humans as well, primarily in other parts of the world. The whole day is free of charge in exchange for your commitment to hold at least two workshops at schools we have contact with, or through your own contacts. The training session will be held during a full day in Lund, at 10:00 - 16:00. You can choose from Sunday, October 7 (in Swedish) or Sunday, October 8 (in English). We will provide refreshments and lunch during the day! Please sign up here: goo.gl/forms/CawPcL1h0I0Zp4NH2 Registration deadline is October 5.
