This wednesday night we all gather our imaginations and testwilling sence of tastes! This wednesday night we are ready with jars in one hand and apples in the other for it is time for Pick’n’Jam – The Jamming Part! Now we are about to learn everything on how to preserve fruits and greens in the best way and how to create our own mindblowing jams, marmelads and other delicacies. With us this evening we have the professional cook Bianca to show us how to do just that.

Come as you are and bring jars, fruits and vegetables (if you can) and let us together create a symphony of tastes in this year’s Pick’n’Jam – The Jamming Part. Let’s get ready to jamming!

We would like to send out an invitation to our Open House & Vison Meeting the 13th of September at Stenkrosen in Lund. This is a fine opportunity to share innovative and sustainable ideas, interact with other similar minded people and gain knowledge about ABC’s local sustainability projects in Lund and internationel collaborations in India and Nepal. There will be a formal presentation of our projects, activities and the people behind the organization.

Welcome to meet ABC’s partners from Himad India, Dr Pundir and Mr Devendra Singh, at ABC in Lund, Sunday the 14th of September at 4 o’clock.
There will be vegetarian food and drinks, coffee and cake, and hopefully we will have a lovely weather so we can sit outside in the grass. The cost is 100 kronor.
